Timex Easy Trainer Heart Rate Monitor Review

Timex Easy Trainer Heart Rate MonitorI purchased this monitor a couple months ago at Amazon because one can change the batteries. I have owned three monitors previously and you had to send them off to get the batteries changed. This is a great watch. However, it isn't worth a plug nickel as far as the HBR monitor. After several attempts at trying to switch to the monitor mode you might get the monitor to start but most of the time you won't. Once it does switch to the monitor mode it only lasts for a few minutes and then you're back on the watch mode. Many times it has shown my HBR to be as low as 30 bpm. When I take my pulse it is actually 60 bpm. Very aggravating piece of work. I will be looking to purchase another monitor. Hopefully, the next one will work.
