I am currently in Iraq and it's almost impossible to get a good cardio workout in.We have some gyms, but most are crouded or the equipment is sub-par.So, I decided to try the Powerlung Trainer as an alternativeMan...have I been impressed with how much better I feel!I've only had it about 3 weeks, and I an tell a big difference in how I breath!I think I've even lost a couple of pounds!The good thing is, it's easy to use and once you start...you don't want to stop!If you are thinking about buying a Powerlung product, and are a first-time user, I'd suggest the Powerlung Trainer model.I had to set mine on the lowest setting to start.So far, I've made an adjustment a week.
Would I buy this again, Heck Yeah!!!
