For that reason, I bought mine on another site (www.isokineticsinc.com) because they have a more generous return policy in addition to the free shipping. I am very pleased that the watch is reasonably priced, small, doesn't require a strap, offers so many features (especially the hi/ lo target zones), and was so easy to program, read and use! Can be used to 30m. so I don't mind getting it sweaty or wet. Comes with one year warranty.
