Like my medium strap, this strap is good quality - I wear it and rinse it every day and it's no worse for the wear.I ordered a small strap because the medium that came with my heart rate monitor was too large.Now that I have the small, I have it almost as tight as it can go.I am 29" and the straps lower limit is 28" - so I guess it's my own fault for not ordering an extra small, but the sizes just don't correspond with what's typical for shirt sizes - I'm generally either a medium or a small.So in a nutshell - don't go by the size that you would think that you would take, take the time to measure yourself so you can be sure your heartrate monitor is tight enough to get an accurate reading.Click Here to see more reviews about: Polar T31 Replacement Elastic Strap (Small)
