I think that this is a great heart rate monitor. I like that it beeps and vibrates.I do most of my workouts in the gym.I also usually have headphones on, so a beeping heart monitor isn't too useful while I'm doing cardio, but the vibration option still allows the monitor to notify me when I'm above or below my target heart rate.The strap is comfortable.It goes right under my sports bra which is a plus.I also like that it counts my calories burned.
