This is a great watch.I selected this model because I have small wrists and was worried it would not fit and would look big on my arm.This is a great watch to keep track of calories with. You can also enter the calories you eat. You can enter how much weight you want to loose and it will tell you how many calories you can eat a day. It tracks your heart rate and then based on the data you have input lets you know how many calories you are burning.I used it when I was on a tread mill with the heart rate monitor and found that it tracked my heart rate the same. I've used it for tennis, nautilus etc.This watch might be a little difficult to use for someone running.If that is your main sport I would recommend a watch with a heart strap as you have to place two of your fingers on either side of your watch to get your heart rate.
